Halloween Peasent Costume

craftgrrlMy daughter loves going to the ren faire and wants to be a peasent girl for halloween and I am nowhere near finishing and it doesn't look like I will have the time between now and halloween to get it finished. Does anyone have any ideas how I can create a no sew peasent costume for her like this one?
Our back-up is just a simple buy the black sweats and ears black cat costume.

Thank you all for the feedback. I got a few things that I think will work for what she wants and I can get the skirt sewn easily. Thank you, again.
