crafting 911!

oh, do i need your help! i'm in the literary magazine @ my school, & since im editor, my advisor asked me to figure out how to silkscreen all our gear. here's the problem: we have over 200 different shirts, hats, etc. sooo- i need ya'll to help me on:
*kind of paint to use. (we already have equipment, and we're just doing black or white screens)
*advice for doing this many items
*tips on how to do relatively fine lines. is it possible?

thank you so much in advance. this is gonna be one hell of a project, but i'll definitely post results when it's done.
