Nov. 28th, 2005 10:13 pmThis is my first time posting, but I've been a member for a couple of years (under different names).
Anyway, I found some 18 gauge green copper wire in my room while cleaning and decided to put it to use. I really wanted to make earrings, but keychain rings were the only thing I could find :P

It's not the best of quality (I realized this after my dad yanked the little chain apart), but I think it's cute for a first try -- I've never used wire before. The little gold fish is something I made after going on a slight clay-charm making spree the other day... it was inspired by goldfish crackers. :D
So does anyone have any tips to do this better? I'm thinking that it might look better without the little chain bit. Also, should I maybe try for a thicker wire since it's a keychain? It seems pretty sturdy, but I want it to stay that way. Annnd... if I were to sell something like this, do you think anyone would be interested?
