ideas for empty CD-R case?

ok ladies...i've had my thinking cap on ALL day and STILL cannot figure out one crafty thing to do with this empty CD-R case. i don't really want to put CDs in it because i have tons of cases and CD book thingies.

any other ideas of crafty things to do with THIS:
