for those who want to know about my last post of Jo-Ann's customer service.


i had received an e-mail on Monday from the district manager.
i haven't had time to run back in and find out the manager's name that was rude to me. ... besides, i don't want to waste my time in there anyway... which means that i have not written an snail mail either, which i intended to. but i do not think i will now.

so, anyway,
the district manager e-mailed me back saying that he was "very sorry that we dissapointed you with our lack of service." and that my comments were forwarded to another lady to discuss it.

he didn't send me any coupons, etc. b/c in my comments i said that i didn't want any.

i'm still unhappy with Jo-Ann's customer service at that particular store. But they are the only store around me that has a wide selection. :\ so, most likely i'm not going back to the horrible one... ...

thanks for all the comments. with the good experiences or the bad experiences... i appreciate all of them.\
