What were the screw-eyes for?
Dec. 9th, 2005 04:24 pmAgain, many thanks to everyone who chimed in about where to find screw-eyes!! Most helpful, and in the end, I did track them down at Home Depot. :) Would you like to see what they were for?

These! :)
These are a gift for my mom. Years ago, my art teacher/mentor painted a wooden spoon for us, and it hangs on our wall every year at Christmastime. Mom commented a week or so ago that the one spoon looks kinda lonely hanging by itself. And so, I made him some cousins! :) But my former teacher's is way better than mine. I tried to imitate his style a bit so that they'd look like they all belonged together. The gingerbread one is supposed to look like the end of it's been dipped in white frosting. ^_^
