craftgrrl | Hairsticks and bracelet set!

This is another pair of hairsticks for my sister, again made from bamboo chopsticks. They were sharpened, then blunted, then sanded, then painted deep brown, and then (at the suggestion of another craftgrrl, though I forget who!) brushed over with a clear sealer, for rainproofing purposes. ^_^ I wrapped the ends with offwhite embroidery thread, and threaded onto the ends are carefully chosen glass blue and blue w/brown stripe design beads, as well as offwhite and copper-colored coral beads. The bracelet is all these same beads, threaded onto silver jewelry wire. A nice little set as a gift for my sister! :)
