I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out, but...

I've been making fizzy bath bombs for a while now, and eventually gave up on it for a while, because I could not think of a good way to mold them. I tried putting them in regular small soap molds, but they didn't hold the shape that well, and pitted a few of my molds. I started making fizzy bath salts instead, because you can just put them in a jar.
Anyway. I was in AC Moore a few weeks ago, in the wedding section (I think) and noticed a display of those plastic ornament balls, the ones that snap into two pieces so that you can fill them, and then put them back together. I got one, just to try it out, and the night before last I made a batch of fizzy stuff, wetted it a bit, scooped it into the ball and stuck it together, and now I have PERFECT ROUND BATH BOMBS, just like you'd buy at a store. I am so happy. I'd take a picture, but like I said, they're just round balls, like you'd see at the store, so there's not much of a point.
