I saw a scarf like this somewhere and remembered it until the holiday season. If it was in this community, thank you to the person who originally came up with this similar idea!

All I did was buy some fabric and felt. The monster is on both sides of one end of the scarf so she can wear it both ways. It costed just a few dollars, and that helps out a lot when I have a boyfriend who's a big fan of Playstation and computer games that run at about 50$ a piece!
