bracelets

I made some bracelets tonight, you may have remembered I was asking for ideas of sealing/finishing coffee beans. I ended up just using some furniture oil I had on hand from Ikea. This may not be the best solution in the long run, but it works for now. I just haven't been up to using any polyeurythane since I can't open the windows right now (it's DAMN cold!).





I got this idea from www.javajewels.com - but I found the great charm that just makes it perfect.

It's not quite done yet (the charm is attached with a twist tie), but nearly so...


I made myself a bracelet too, dark purple/plum beads with mother of pearl beads (they look like glass, but are MoP):
