flower necklace!

I love it when I get inspired. I present to you...





I had been trying to figure out a way to make flowers out of beads and I finally came up with a way that I liked. The necklace and flower are made out of faceted glass beads (large and small) and sterling silver wire. The necklace took about an hour to make, but I made another flower this morning and it was much quicker (I think).

Anyhoo, I just thought I'd share what I do 80% of the time. The squids are mostly a side project (a dearly loved project, but a side project none the less) and it's the jewelry that really keeps my mind going.
