screen printing inks

Hi,

I'm pretty new here and have looked at your crafts (which are so awesome) but I have a question. My friends and I are starting a tshirt type company and I saw the tutorial on screenprinting. The question I have is do you use India ink or just speedball ink like you would use when doing linoleum prints? Also, if you want to make shirts with designs (hand done, but with a little template) would you use this ink or t-shirt paint??
