craftgrrlToday I bought these shoes at Payless 
. The tag says that they are made of "man made materials" which I assume translates to "a.k.a. plastic." I want to paint them sort of like the Nikes that are customized with crazy colors but by myself. What would be the best paint for this? Acrylic, fabric? I really don't want to mess these up, help, please?
