craftgrrl | sewing patterns for teddy bear clothes?

Hey all... I've got a question. I just made a build a bear for my best friend's birthday and I'm trying to sew him an outfit so that he'll look like Ferris Bueller (her favorite movie... kind of corny, but it's her birthday). I'm in need of sewing patterns for a 16" teddy bear. I've looked in freepatterns.com and a lot of the sites listed in the memories and haven't found anything all that helpful. So! Does anyone have any ideas? I need a pattern for a vest, a t-shirt, and pants. I'm trying right now to alter a baby tshirt so that it will fit but it's not working too well... plan #2 is to try and make things up as I go along! I've got a sewing machine and don't mind handsewing.
