i used to be a big fan of fabric paint and cheap, $3.00 shirts from michaels or walmart. this stuff is from more than a year ago, save for the last two.



my first mirah-inspired shirt.

and the second. i changed the lyrics a little (blasphemy!) so that it would be it's own standing thought, rather than part of a larger whole. "and the telephone wires, they (instead of "that") carry the sound..." and after i'd spent hours working on this my dad pointed out to me that if this were a real road, cars would fall off of it. i still like it despite that.

and this is just something a girl in my government class paid me to make for her. i'm not really a big fan of it, but...

and this is not fabric paint on a cheapy shirt, but it is pretty much the beginning of the brooch madness.
