craft containers
Mar. 15th, 2006 02:31 pmOk so this is my first ever post not only to this community but to any community. This whole livejournal thing is new to me, but here I go....
So you know how they have pretty little containers to keep things in and looking neat, well I dont have the $10-$30 a peice they want for them so I made some of my own.
This is what i started with (I got them at the dollar tree when i use to work there)

and then I traced out cardboard sides and taped it together to make a box, and wrapped the box with super cute cheap wrapping paper I got at target on sale ; )

And here is a picture of what it looks like on my bookself in my green room : ) (I also bought the flower on sale for myself after valentines day and I heart it)

Oh and heres some pictures of a shoe box I covered to keep my fabric scaps in (i know it's kinda lame but i still like it):

It makes everything look so nice now and is tons cheaper, hope you guys like em'
