Knitted Laptop Bag

So I am feeling crafty today apparently. I had originally started to make this purple bag as a normal bag, but after looking and looking and not being able to find an attractive laptop bag for my iBook, I decided I would finish it and repurpose it at the same time. Here are the results.

I used super heavy duty rug wool because initially I wanted to make a sturdy bag, but it worked out really well for the laptop as it is super thick and makes it cushier to protect it better. I ran the cord through the inside of the bag to help distribute the weight better when it is carried and not stretch out the bag itself as well as to tie it shut.
