Sewing machine opinions sought
Apr. 3rd, 2006 02:11 pmHello :)
I'm in the market for a cheap, dependable machine. Costco has a Brother XR-52C for only $119 and change - within the budget - but I'm not finding that model on any of the review sites. I've heard good and bad things about the brother machines. Anyone have any advice? It comes with a hard case, which I really like, and has 52 stitches and a removable arm part.
I'm looking to do basic sewing, clothes mostly...and a few crafts.
Here's the link to the machine, if you're interested.... http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?prodid=10023464&ec=BC-EC877-CatHome&pos=3
Thanks for any advice!
