Chibis poised to attack
Apr. 29th, 2006 10:28 pmI made a post a few days ago about my clay chibis.
A bunch of people wanted some so I was able to crank out nine more sets this week. They crack me up all in lines.
(They're a cat, a grumpy squirrel, a gargoyle, and a dragon from left to right.)
I was disappointed because I wanted to make more, but the Sculpey I've found around town is all so soft. I'm chilling it a while to see if it won't dry out/harden up a bit. If all else fails I can mix some harder Fimo into it.
I took a break from army-making to make another clay doodle for a friend. Little blue critter is a dragon, and the fellow she's patting most patronizingly on the head is a raptor.

Erm, the quarters in all of these pics are just for size comparison. I like to work small :)
All of these are white Sculpey (polymer clay), baked, painted, and double-glazed with matte finishes.
