thanks to stolenmilkcrates fabulous tutorial (found here: http://www.deviantart.com/view/33210396/ ), I decided to try it out and make miniature "chibified" versions of my two dwarf hamsters.




I wasn't really happy with the color. I had "chocolate brown" but it ended up being more of a reddish color and Mab is more of a light yellowish-brown.


hehe, Benny Vs eyes came out uneven, but if you look at them straight on you can't notice it. Bens eyes are red, but I didn't want to have just solid red (i thought it'd look creepy) so I mixed some black in.

they're both holding their favorite treats. Mab LOVES peas and Benny will do anything for sunflower seeds. They also only have 3 toes, even though hamsters really have 4 on their back legs (and 5 on the front. i know! its crazy!)
