Floral mini tote
Jun. 11th, 2006 04:17 pmI have to say, I'm quite proud of this. It's really of no use for me, but I'm still learning how to make lined totes and this was a trial. It's kinda small, but not too small. Holds quite a bit of stuff, but I think my next project will be a lot bigger with inside pockets. I'm using this one to hold my makeup.
Pics behind here to be nice:

This is it. I used some flat sheet fabric I got from the thrift store for the outsdie and the inside as you will see next, is from some curtains I also got from the thrift store.

This is the inside. There are no pockets, but maybe on the next one there will be.

This is the bottom. It's nice and even.
Let me know what you think. There are a ton of things I need to work on, but overall....came out nice for my very first mini tote
....by the way, I didn't even have a template, I had a vision in my mind and went with it. Though I wish it were slightly bigger. Oh well.
