Hi, everyone ( : I just want to ask you a question..

I know that some of you guys sell your things to make money and so I was wondering.. how do you go about with taxes? Well, see my sister and I are going to be starting this nonprofit organization where we make things and sell them and then donate 100% of our sales to various charities that will help our environment.. and I was wondering how we can get tax exempt?
I know I can ask certain people and whatnot, but I thought you guys were really nice people, so perhaps you can help me? (:
