Hey guys! Just looking for a little advice on dying canvas shoes. I bought a white pair and attempted to dye them orange, but the rubber on the bottom sort of soaked up a bit of the color and now the shoes look gross. Any way to fix this?

I also have another pair that I was planning on dying. Anybody know how to prevent the color from soaking into the rubber?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
