HELP!!! What do I do with these??
Jun. 24th, 2006 09:12 amI am making my new baby girl's announcements and had planned on displaying her birth stats (time, weight, length, etc.) on little (1.5" x .5") strips of vellum paper, one stat per strip, five strips total and then arranging the vellum strips to look like a flower, a silver brad serving as the middle of the flower... if you're still with me, thanks.
Okay, so I've printed and cut the strips... but after arranging one group as planned, it doesn't look like I had hoped and I don't like it.
So... what can I do with five strips of pink vellum, each saying a birth stat? I have a few different materials to work with and am willing to try just about anything.
How can I use what I've got (vellum strips) in this birth announcement now? By the way, the announcement is made of black paper and I've got about 4x6 inches to work with.
Here's hopin'! Thanks.
p.s. I am very willing to "scrap the flower idea;" Thanks to everyone who's given advice so far... I'm trying them on. Oh, and also, the strips are all just about the same size .5x1.5" each.
