Jul. 23rd, 2006 11:13 amI posted a while back about a pirate party i was throwing. There was alo0t of drama, and my dad took my beloved camera with his overseas so i didn't get many shots. I'm not sure this is craft but my J. and I made an awesomeness pirate ship cake for our friends 21st.
Here's what i used:
railings: curly wurly
deck: tina wafers
crows nest: bottom of ice cream wafer cup(as apposed to cone) secured with a scewer & giant marshmallow
cannons: rolo shaped cairy milk pieces
body: 2 layers of sponge covered in chocolate icing
sails: i wanted rice paper but couldn't find it so paper coloured in with permanant marker threaded on skewer
