craftgrrlI finally got an email from the magazine, you do NOT have to use the hideous pattern in the magazine. Thank Gawd. If anyone really wants it I will send it to them but it is pretty sad, sorta a paperdoll shape with triangle hands, odd feet and a built-in shirt shape to it. Trust me, any 5 year old could do better. I can email it or snail mail it to people without printers. I am designing a couple bodies myself, if you don't feel up to designing your own, I'll share the base patterns I come up with instead of the one from the magazine if anyone wants mine.
Remember, entries must be recieved by them by March 1st, they must be textile based, 2 sided and between 6" and 12" tall. You can stamp, paint, dye, bead, and embellish to your heart's content, any way you see fit....but do both sides.
