not really finished...but wearable for now. Yes, I wore this in 90 degree weather to otakon a while back... I nearly had a heat stroke... I'm foolish when it comes to fashion.
BTW - does anyone know how to keep PVC from sticking to itself? ... it fell off the hanger and got all balled up and stuck to itself and wrinkled and it's just a mess... so it's staying on the dress form from now on >_<.
