Beaker ideas?

I was in Target yesterday shopping dreaming for Halloween decor. I found some beakers of various shapes and sizes that were filled with what looked like bubbley liquid. I adored them and wanted to recreate that since there was no way I was going to pay $7.99 per beaker!

My questions for you lovely ladies are:

Do any of you know the cheapest place to get beakers etc or should I just comparison shop online?

And

What do they use to make the "liquid"? It was solid and colored and was filled with tiny bubbles (I'd be fine without bubbles but I want something that I can store and not have to empty out every year or worry about it getting spilt)
