craftgrrli was wondering how to make my skin a nice smurfy blue for halloween. i don't want it to stain my skin and have had bad experience with halloween makeup...it's too thick, greasy, and smears. basically, i would like to be blue without making a mess of everything i come into contact with. any ideas?
