Pattern Tracer

I've been looking high and low for a really good pattern tracer. You know the little wheels with the spikes in it? Well I can only find the really dull ones that don't go through anything. So what do I happen to stumble across the other day in a pr0n catalog (don't ask), a pattern tracer with big spikes like I want labelled as a "sensation wheel." What the heck? If anyone knows of any place on line that sells really nice pattern tracers, let me know, otherwise I am going to have to order this sensation wheel from Adam and Eve.
