I've got a quick question for the paper makers.

I'm really wanting to try my hand at making paper. I've looked online for various "recipies" on how to do so. I've found a lot, though some say to add starch, some leave it out. I guess I'm asking a few different questions:

1) Starch or no starch? If starch which kind do I use and how much. None of the recipies that called for starch said what kind or what it does.

2)How do you make paper?
