Well I got inspired by amburr's post with the kick ass painted shirt.  I busted out my paints and a plain tee shirt of mine.  To get myself in the Christmas mood, I pulled up a picture and did my own rendition of it.  I love it.  And I think I'll fix up the picture and turn it into my christmas card this year. Its too perfect not too.

This was completely hand painted.  I could just burst with pride!  I can't wait to wear it for Christmas.  This is the shot that I'm going to clean up and crop for my Christmas cards.  My roommate thinks its sad that I'm (soon to be) 23 and I already have a Christmas card list.




And the whole shirt.  Its a decent size image.  Not only did I free hand everything, I didn't even measure anything out.  I stenciled the words, but I love that font, lol.  And the first picture is a small image at the neckline on the back of the shirt.

I took a hot iron over the images to try and do a mock "heat set", but I'm gonna have to go over them with some sort of paint protection.  Or something.
