Freezer paper... again

I bought 

to use in stenciling.  Did I get the right thing?  I bought it in the US as I could not find it here and I olan on stenciling a shirt for my boyfriend.  I would hate to ruin it because the thing just melted on the shirt instead of safely adhering to it.
