ive been a busy little bee lately making Christmas presents like i usually do at this time of year. ive been mostly making ornaments. take a look....(sorry if the pics are a lil bit big)

i have a pop tart fanatic fiance. so i came up with this idea to make him a t shirt. i couldn't find a pop tart image on google that i liked and also was big enough to put on an iron on. so i drew a cartoon version on photo shop and came up with this....

so then i decided to make him a matching pillow. it reminds me of the pillow person from full house that dj loved.

he is also a handy man. both of us love working in the garage together. i found this drill ornament at home depo but i wanted to make it more fancy. so i put it in a bubble with some fake snow. i also added the dewalt sign cause its his favorite brand

for his mom i made an ornament with a picture of their dog and tim (my fiance) on it. i just decoupaged the pictures to a cardboard star and added glitter. who doesn't love glitter? i also added a real dog bone that i covered in glitter nail polish but i took the pic before i added that.

for his dad i made him a picture frame with a picture of me and him smoking cigars together. i went to a cigar shop and asked if they had any damaged cigars they couldn't sell. they gave me two huge ones and i put it in a bag with a piece of bread and re hydrated them. then with tweezers i pulled the tobacco leaves apart in sheets and decoupaged them to a wooden frame. very very messy and i smelled of cigars for two days. but i love how it turned out.

then for my brother, the guitar player, i scavenged his bedroom floor and got a bunch of guitar pics and made him this

and this is the snow man head styrofoam ball ornament i was telling HERONNOIRE about last night. i got some sculpty clay and made some carrot noses. glued them to the ball. covered the ball in snow-tex. then with puffy paint i painted coal eyes and mouth. and with thick yarn i made some ear muffs and TA DA! snow man head ornament.

and lastly i made this with some puffy pain on a ceramic ball ornament and some snow tex

and im not done yet. me and tim are making a main project for all out aunts and our moms. we are making sleds that are about a foot and a half long made of wood and some are stained red and some are stained green and im painting a Christmas scene on each one of them. ill post those up when they are done.
