craftgrrlOkay, I want (NEED) to get my friend a Bedazzler for Christmas. But I have lots of stipulations. I NEED it to be less than $15.00. Shipping isn't an option, I need it to soon. I'd like to not have to drive to far.
So who carries them. Or some sort of knock off of them?
Walmart? Target? I checked both of their websites, and nothing was listed. Would Michale's, or some other crafty wonderland have what I'm looking for??
