craftgrrlI just got a serger. A shiny new Janome. I think it's a ... 1110DX. I had to look. (I have a 'plain' Bernina 1001, too.)
It's sitting there looking cute at me. I've played with it a tiny bit. I have a heap of fabric begging to be made into bags and such.
And I can't think of anything to make. Ideas? I have a handful of zippers of various length, 3 or 4 types of interfacing, batting for stuffing, lining fabric, velcro, thread, miles of elastic and trim, appliques and lace...
Anyone have a simple pattern suggestion? I've got crafter's block. :p What's your favourite quickie thing to sew, your crafty equivalent of a snack?
