tickets

I went through the memories and I still need some help. I got my boyfriend Philly Eagles tickets for christmas. It's a surprise and I need some way to give them to him without spending a lot of money. I was thinking maybe a cute homemade book with a pocket holding the tickets at the end? Or maybe just a pop-up card with the tickets? I have no idea really,  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
