Need candle help

I looked through the FAQ's and could not find an answer so I am hoping everyone here can help. What I want to do is make some candles with pictures and the bumpy glass...



Any idea on how they get the pictures on and what they use to make the glass look bumpy like that? Thanks so much for any and all help.
