Every time I'm about to post a painting on here I think, 'well, I'll just wait until I finish the next one and include that'. So, here's a lot of paintings for you!
Girl with Green Hair - acrylic
I didn't have any glazing medium, so I used textile medium to glaze the colors. I wouldn't recommend it (it can peel off the canvas if you are rough with the brush), but it worked in a pinch ;)

The edges are covered with green polka-dot ribbon so it can hang with or without a frame. I *love* the way ribbon looks on there using it again!

Moving Day - gouache
Playing around with the watercolors I got for Christmas. Thanks for all of the help you girls gave me! I like to imagine the little girl has some sort of control over the animals to have them do her bidding, but perhaps they are just helping their friend move ;)

Detail shot ~

Roller Skates - acrylic
The background is done with white and silver lace detail. I love the silver on there because it goes from looking almost white to dark gray based on the lighting. It's sprayed to be sharp in some spots, hazy in others. (Note, don't use acrylic over oil based spray paint. I blocked out the image to spray it)

Rainbow Hair - acrylic

I'll let you digest those a little bit and then I'll post some other things ;)
