I thought I'd share this journal I decorated for a friend's birthday.







I found the journal at Paperchase for £3. It's thick and filled with brown kraft paper - I almost want to keep it for myself!

The images are Kurt Halsey sketches that I beefed up in PaintShopPro and transferred onto the journal using the good old fashioned tracing paper method. I went over them with ink and voila!

I'm going to stock up on a few of these journals next time I'm near a Paperchase - they're perfect for decorating and could provide many a birthday present!
