craftgrrlI'm going to be designing some 2 1/4" Pocket Mirrors for merchandise for my webcomic (you know, they look like buttons but have a mirror instead of a pinback).. I'd like to be able to make a little bag of some sort to go along with it, but the mass produced fake velvet drawstring bags that i normally see them with leave something to be desired.
Sewing isn't a problem, but obviously I'd like to keep cost of materials and amount of work for each one to a reasonable amount.
Do you think just making these with a cute patterned fake velvet would up the nice-ness level? Does such a fabric even exist? Maybe something with a velcro closure instead of a draw string? Is it worth futzing around with a lining?
I'd love to hear what you think. :)
