craftgrrldoes anyone know where I can find GLOW-IN-THE-DARK fingernail polish?
I've checked all the make-up sections in usual drugstores & such .. also checked Sally's Beauty Supply & some piercing/tattoo places .. most stores only sell it during Halloween, though.
I'm thinking maybe Hot Topic?
