Ok. So. Me=Lurker, sort of. I do comment, so I guess I'm more of a participant. I just haven't taken picts of my work much. But onto the reason for my post.

I have a deliema and I need your help. It seems simple, and yet its not really.

I had a simple goal. I wanted neon/brightly colored plastic magazine bins for rather cheap. I mean the ones that look like

What I'm going to get instead, b/c it's WAAAAY cheaper is

So, my delema is such.

I'm settling, and i'm ok w/ that, but those things....are UGLY. SO I need something to make it all better. I was hoping to reach out in our little community and get some adivice. I was thinking possibly the following: Paint (but i don't want the edges) thus I was thinking nice paper, but I thught fabric would be softer. I guess there are actually a couple things to say then. Can anyone give me any ideas? I'm trying to think out of the box, and I need a theme. I love artsy/kitschy (good combo eh?) kinds of stuff. But I also want the boxes not to be entirely uniform but not entirely different (thus theme). It's my challenge to you. I was hoping to get a really varied bunch of ideas, so go crazy and take inspiration from anything!!

OR give me advice advice - like way cheap fabric, pattern ideas, ect.
