baby shower gift help!

i just got an invitation to a coworker's baby shower. we are not that close, and i don't have much money to spend, but would like to make something simple/cute for her. i don't have much time (its on sunday and i work all day sat) so it has to be quick.
it can involve sewing, or scrapbooking.
i dont know what i am looking for exactly, something cute and fast! you guys always post such awesome stuff, i am hoping to get an idea or inspiration!
