so this is my bjork costume from last year:




I didn't go out on halloween due to some stupid circumstances so I thought I could stand to remake it for this year and do a better job.


My question is... how do you get tulle to not be so... annoying.... or should I choose a different fabric for the skirt part. (picture in a new window)




second, and related only in that I need to finance the making of this dress.. : [edit] there are so many communities to buy and sell/promote your items.... which do you think are the best for promoting your auctions on fabric?
