A question...
May. 13th, 2007 09:34 pmI'm trying to recreate Jack Sparrow's compass from Pirates of the Caribbean using this blueprinting tutorial and I've hit a bit of a snag. The lid of the compass has a sort of hollow dome in the middle and I can't quite figure out what I could use to make it. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
ETA: I just thought of making it out of polymer clay. Does it shrink much/at all when you bake it? And what would be a good glue to attach it to the wooden lid?
