Mending a Quilt

I wish I knew how to quilt, but I do not. I do have a quilt that my grandma made about 25 years ago (before I was born, and I never met her). I've always loved the quilt and I hardly wash it because the squares are coming apart. Do you guys know of a place I can go that will re-sew and stuff the quilt?
