Jun. 1st, 2007 10:38 pmAbout a week ago I posted asking about embedding hair (well, cat fur) into Sculpey, for a memorial pendant I was making for my cat Loki who very recently passed away.
Everyone was really helpful -- here's the end result, which I'm really happy with:

It's about an inch and a half long, an inch wide. Made of Sculpey, liquid Sculpey, paper, pigments, crackle faux finish paints, cat fur, extra thick embossing powder and various jewelry findings.
Thanks for all your help -- the cat hair is embedded between the "picture layer" and the frame layer. It can't be seen of course but I like knowing it's there. :-)
