Glass Etching and Screenprinting

Hey guys! I recently got a bottle of Armour Etch to etch some glasses for gifts.






And a Screenprinting question:

I made one of the cheap screens out of curtains and a hoop and was wondering how many times you washed them out during production runs? I have a bunch of pillows to put one design on and was wondering if I should do them in runs of 4 or so then wash the screen and start again.
