Bottle Cap Punch

Hi, I don't know whether it's suitable to be posted here but heck I'm here to give my question a try.

You guys know bottle caps aye? I want to cut out the insides of the bottle cap and throw away the round edges. So.. do you guys have any ideas what type of puncher I can use and what's its name, etc?
